By purchasing or using a SOEERA Silver, Gold, or Diamond Membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to the following: Membership benefits differ by tier and are provided subject to availability, venue capacity, and event conditions determined by SOEERA. Complimentary or priority access applies only to events expressly designated by SOEERA and does not constitute a guaranteed right of entry. SOEERA may restrict or refuse entry where required by venue rules, safety regulations, legal obligations, or reasonable conduct standards. Event-related gifts, complimentary food, drinks, or merchandise are offered at SOEERA’s discretion, may vary by event, and are not guaranteed. Access to fashion-related activities (including runways, shoots, or presentations) is subject to selection and invitation and does not create any entitlement to participation or appearance. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. SOEERA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to membership benefits or included events, provided that such changes do not affect statutory consumer rights. Membership fees are non-refundable, except where refund rights arise under applicable consumer protection laws. Participation in events is voluntary. SOEERA is not responsible for personal belongings, personal injury, or losses, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
